Earn Rewards as You Care for Your Vehicles
We are called to be good stewards of what we have. When you extend that stewardship mindset to your vehicles, the Good Stewards Club rewards you with exclusive savings on detailing services and maintenance products.
How it Works:
1. Automatic Tracking - Every service you purchase is added to your rolling 12-month total. When that total crosses a tier threshold, you move up immediately.
2. Discount Timing - Your tier discount starts on the next invoice after you level-up and stays active as long as you keep the spend required for that tier.
3. Product Credits - We issue a credit each time you reach a new tier. Credits are redeemable toward retail care products and expire 6-months after issue.
4. Staying at Your Tier - Each day our system re-totals your last 12-months of spend. If that running total drops below a threshold, you’ll shift to the appropriate tier.

There’s no sign-up fee. Once your combined purchases at Dino’s Detail reaches $500+ within any rolling 12-month window, you’re automatically enrolled at the appropriate tier.

We track your product and service purchases in the most recent 365 days—counting back from today. Each new purchase adds to that running total; purchase older than a year drop off. Your tier moves up or down as that total changes.

Your tier discount begins on the invoice after the one that moves you into a new tier. (Example: today’s $1,500 coating makes you a Devoted Steward; your 10 % discount applies to your next visit and every visit after, as long as you keep the required spend.)

A gift card credit is issued each time you reach a new tier. It can be used toward retail car-care products, stacks with your tier discount, and expires 6 months after issue.

Services roll off your total after a year. On the day the oldest purchase rolls off, we recalc your total. If it drops below a tier threshold you’ll shift to the tier that matches your new total. You will receive a message to let you know 45-days before your oldest purchase rolls off.

Yes. All purchases under the same client name or family account accumulate toward one rolling total and share one set of perks.

Tier discounts apply to Dino’s Detail services and in-house retail products only. Gift cards, third-party services like window tint are excluded.

Why the Good Stewards Club Exists:
For years we’ve tried small “loyalty” pilots—punch cards, promo codes, holiday coupons—but none of them felt worthy of our mission. They offered savings, yes, yet they never echoed the heartbeat of Dino’s Detail Co: stewardship.
Stewardship shapes every choice we make. We keep a spotless shop because a clean workspace honors the work we’ve been given to do. We tape every badge and trim edge because someone has entrusted us with more than metal—they’ve entrusted us with their investment. We reject services that add shine today but shorten a vehicle’s life tomorrow. Every decision runs through that lens.
We also believe stewardship isn’t about idolizing possessions. It’s about caring for what we have so we can use it well—and pass it on in good condition. Many of our clients already live that out; it’s why they visit us once a year for a maintenance detail or every few months with various projects and vehicles. We wanted a program that rewards that mindset, not just transactions.
So we studied a hundred real client histories, mapped typical service patterns, and built three tiers that make sense whether you detail a single car each spring or have a feet of vehicles in rotation throughout the year. We knew that in order for this program to truly reward stewardship, rewards must come in two forms:
Savings on future services— once you qualify for a tier, you will enjoy discounts on each future service while you remain in that tier.
Product credits—because the best stewardship happens between appointments, in your own driveway.
Instead of a rigid calendar-year reset, each member’s status floats on their most recent 12 months of activity. That rolling window is fair, easy to track, and encourages consistent care rather than one-time splurges.
Our aim is simple: honor the clients who already honor their vehicles and invite new clients into a culture that treats cars—and everything else in life—as gifts worthy of care.
